Outpatient Coordinator
Sam Mikols, RADT-I
Sam is a Program Coordinator, Counselor, and Case Manager dedicated to supporting individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness or displacement, and economic hardship. With extensive experience across residential treatment, interim housing, and community outreach settings, he brings a compassionate, practical, and person-centered approach to every role.
Throughout his career, Sam has worked alongside individuals at some of their most vulnerable points, helping them access resources, build stability, and move toward meaningful change. He understands the importance of meeting people where they are and creating a safe, respectful space where healing and progress can begin. His work is grounded in the belief that support should be both compassionate and solution-focused, emphasizing dignity, accountability, and long-term growth.
Currently preparing to take the IC&RC exam, Sam continues to deepen his clinical knowledge and professional skill set in service of the communities he supports. His guiding philosophy is simple and unwavering: **“No one should be discarded; every individual deserves compassion, justice, and the opportunity for a new beginning.”**
Sam brings the team a strong foundation in case management, coordination, counseling support, advocacy, and relationship-building, along with a genuine commitment to helping people access hope, structure, and the chance to rebuild their lives.
